Room Reservations

Reservation Policy

• For reservations to use the HNSB and NWRC facilities please contact Jeanne Stewart at jws1@iastate.edu or phone 515-294-3926.
• Research will be given priority of use over lab meetings, academics and/or extension with the exception of 2021 HNSB.
• Jeanne will work with investigators to ensure equitable use of space and facilities.
• The NWRC reserves the right to re-issue and re-organize space when there are space conflicts in order to accommodate all research being conducted on its facilities.
• We realize that researchers will need to know availability of the facility as you are talking with potential participants in order to schedule screening and testing reservations for the rooms needed. Please send any questions about how to schedule rooms that you need for research to Jeanne Stewart at jws1@iastate.edu.
