Participate in Research

The Nutrition and Wellness Research Center actively recruits participants for a wide variety of studies related to health and wellness.  Our studies span the age spectrum from infants to older adults, and everyone in between.  Study durations range from one-time visits to to multiple visits over many months.

At the NWRC, the rights and safety of our participants are our primary concern.  The Iowa State University Institutional Review Board (ISU IRB) reviews all research proposals involving human participants, including those for student theses and dissertations, postdoctoral research, and industry-sponsored research conducted on behalf of clients.  All studies posted by the NWRC are approved by the ISU IRB.  For more information on the ISU IRB and human participant protection, please click here.

Please browse the individual study pages located on the menu to the left to find out whether you would like to participate.
